Following Specialized Nutritional Plans and Fitness Programs seem the answer to us at times when we are out of balance, however, we often forget to be mindful of the reason we needed to follow those plans in the first place. Those plans and programs are usually short term and life’s stresses and patterns often get in the way to permanent solutions. When we focus on the ‘Body’, the Mind and Spirit often get lost.

At Going Beyond Nutrition I help you discover what true ‘nourishment’ is. I not only show you how to choose the best quality food for your table, but I also provide steps that help you have a mindful relationship with the food you choose. Digestion and absorption improves dramatically when Mind and Spirit are brought back into the picture…when we become aware of where we eat, what we think about when eating, when we express gratitude towards the sourcing and with whom we share our bounty.

Your Beginning Journey includes 3 sessions:
- Discovery Session – Life Review (2 hours)
- 2 Follow-Up Sessions 2 weeks apart (45 minutes each)
Throughout this journey we will explore:
- Sharing of the path that has brought you to “Going Beyond Nutrition”.
- Exploration of Life’s Experiences, challenges, and desires from childhood beginnings until present.
- Review of Personal visions/life’s goals: past, present and future.
- Review of successes and challenges.
- Discussion of destination and desired outcomes concerning motivation, energy, weight, health and well-being.
- Discussion of possible “Paths” to follow that can gradually lead to achieving primary goal(s).
- Beginning Steps – Home practice tools to help you start connecting mindfulness with daily living, food, cooking and nourishment. Discussion of Conscious Cookery.
- Review of successes and challenges regarding home practice at each follow-up session.
- New tools to be introduced at each follow-up to help you find solutions to obstacles along the way and to provide steps that make your path smoother and easier to reach your final destination.
- Follow-up emails after each session.
Beginning Journey and ‘Beyond’ – Intermediate Paths to Reach Destination

Your Beginning Journey and ‘Beyond’ includes 5 sessions:
- Discovery Session – Life Review (2 hours)
- 4 Follow-Up Sessions 2 weeks apart (45 minutes each)
Throughout this journey we will explore:
- Sharing of the path that has brought you to “Going Beyond Nutrition”.
- Exploration of Life’s Experiences, challenges, and desires from childhood beginnings until present.

- Review of successes and challenges.
- Discussion of destination and desired outcomes concerning motivation, energy, weight, health and well-being.
- Choosing which “Path” to follow to reach primary goals – dependent on time willing and able to spend to reach destination.
- Steps of Transformation – Home practice tools to help you start connecting mindfulness with daily living, food, cooking and nourishment. Discussion of Conscious Cookery. Options provided to assist with which pattern changes to make in daily life.
- Suggestions of specific nourishing foods and how to prepare as well as choice of supplements to support you on your journey.
- One Mindful Transformation Cooking Class. (2 hours)
- Review of successes and challenges at each follow-up session; new tools to be introduced to continue to help you reach your destination.
- One Skype and 4 follow-up emails.
Journey Reviews

Your Journey Review includes:
- Guidance Session (1 hour) – Assistance provided to Returning Clients for guidance in finding their footing and getting back on track to reach their ultimate destination.
